If both parties agree that we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll send you an invoice for our planning fee. The invoice will detail what the planning fee covers. Once that invoice is paid, we’ll start the planning process.

For trips that DO NOT require a planning fee, you will be asked to confirm all details by email.

This is the fun part. You can be involved as much as you want during this step. Some clients prefer close collaboration, and others prefer we take care of the entire trip planning process. It’s completely up to you.

Our clients can relax knowing that every detail for even the most complex itinerary is both meticulously planned and seamlessly executed.

Once you’ve made a decision and approved the final itinerary, we will confirm the bookings with a credit card guarantee, deposit, or full payment. We will send you a complete itinerary with all travel details. Before your trip begins, we will confirm every detail with travel suppliers so they’re prepared for your arrival. We will also be here if you need additional assistance and will be your contact if you run into any issues.

After your trip, we would love to get feedback on your experience. Your opinions will help us improve our services and let us provide valuable feedback to our travel partners as well.
